Avanelle Does It Well
“Do you braze while flowing nitrogen?” is a question you really should ask your AC company. More information on this coming soon.
Certain (often skipped) steps are crucial to the quality of the repair or installation. One of those is flowing nitrogen gas while brazing to protect burnt copper flakes from forming in your copper line sets and staying in the refrigerant. When that occurs, it can often cause longevity and performance issues for the equipment. This is especially true of high efficiency systems that need proper conditions to fully perform (much like the high-octane gas needed in a sports car).
