Avanelle App — Terms of Use

Effective date: July 31, 2026

The Avanelle App is an internal business application owned and operated by Murphy Cormier Investments LLC d/b/a Avanelle Homes ("Avanelle Homes," "we," "us"). It is used solely by Avanelle Homes and its authorized personnel to manage field service operations, quoting, invoicing, payments, and customer communications.

1. Authorized use. Access is limited to Avanelle Homes employees and contractors with credentials we issue. You may use the Avanelle App only for Avanelle Homes business purposes. Do not share credentials or attempt to access data or functions beyond your assigned role.

2. License. We grant authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Avanelle App for internal business purposes. All rights, title, and interest in the Avanelle App remain with Avanelle Homes.

3. Data. Use of the Avanelle App is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://www.avanellehomes.com/privacy-policy. Business and customer data in the Avanelle App is confidential and may be used only to perform your job duties.

4. Third-party services. The Avanelle App integrates with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Twilio. Use of those services through the Avanelle App is also subject to the respective providers' terms.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability. The Avanelle App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avanelle Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Avanelle App.

6. Changes; termination. We may modify the Avanelle App or these terms, and may suspend or revoke access, at any time.
