SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Avanelle Homes, a service brand of Murphy Cormier Investments LLC ("Avanelle Homes," "we," "us"), an HVAC, home renovation, and general contracting company serving the San Antonio, Texas area.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, Avanelle Homes sends you service-related text messages about your own projects and appointments, including: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, estimate and invoice notifications, and replies to questions you send us. This is first-party customer-care and account-notification messaging only. We do not send marketing messages on behalf of any third party.
2. Opt-In
You opt in to receive text messages from Avanelle Homes by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive texts when requesting service or booking an appointment with our office, or by texting our business number first. Your consent is given directly to Avanelle Homes and applies only to messages from Avanelle Homes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity — for example, you may receive more messages around a scheduled appointment or an open project, and none when you have no active work with us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or provide your mobile number to our office again.

7. No Third-Party Sharing

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
