“They are GREAT! A company that is both excellent at communication and great at their craft is hard to find! They have helped us with checking out a possible AC issue, replacing a mini split, and general handyman work! Not to mention, they are competitive with their prices which I love because their work is excellent!”

“These guys are amazing! I have been having ongoing issues with my AC, but needed it to work before guests came to stay. They sent me multiple options with quotes, and came to put in an emergency mini split in ONE day. Truly amazing customer service.”

“Fantastic experience working with Avanelle Homes. Michael and Fernando are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have an attention to detail that is rarely seen these days!”

“Not only were they incredibly responsive, but they took the time to make sure I understood everything that was happening. I felt genuinely taken care of the whole way through - it didn’t feel like having a contractor or random service guy in my home, it felt like having a friend who had my back! Everything they did was excellent.”

“Amazing job! They were able to squeeze me in the same day my AC went out and fixed it quickly and efficiently. 10/10 recommend & will be my only AC company I use now!”

“Michael and the crew at Avanelle Homes did a great job, coming in on time and on budget. What more could one ask for? Thanks!!”

“Michael and his team and professional, kind, and did an excellent job on our new AC unit. My only regret is not doing it sooner!”

“To the Avanelle HVAC Team: We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding air conditioning installation services you all provided. From the initial consultation through the completed installation, the Team's professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail was evident in every step of the way. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was installed correctly while keeping us informed of their progress and status. Fernando and Christian were particularly outstanding in their efforts to "take care of business". Avanelle can be very proud of these two and they certainly know their business. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the excellent customer service we received. It is refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction including a fantastic follow up program to insure of customer satisfaction with the products and quality of work. And Roni was very concerned to make sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free for us. We gladly recommend Avanelle's services to friends, family, and neighbors who may need HVAC services in the future. We are, Completely Satisfied Customers”

“Great experience with Avanelle Homes. First, we used their HVAC service. We’ve had a maintenance program with a well known large company but a recent experience left something to be desired. Fernando and his assistant came, checked everything, explained everything in detail recommended installation of primary and secondary drain switches rather than relying on the float switch. A prompt written quote was provided and they were back the next day to do the work. Both times they showed up exactly at the appt time. They were tidy and courteous. The price was very reasonable. Last week Avanelle homes did some handywork inside and outside the house. They showed up right on time and completed the work with good workmanship, in a tidy fashion. The price was also very reasonable. It is easy to schedule with them. Chelsea communicates promptly and effectively. I highly recommend them!”

“I highly recommend Avanelle Homes for any HVAC needs. Our blower motor went out unexpectedly, and Michael and his team (Matt and Fernando) came to the rescue in the middle of the night. They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to get everything working again. Exceptional service and dedication. This company truly cares about its customers!!”

“This company is extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I needed help to diagnose some AC problems. Fernando was an expert and quickly pinpointed the issues and the team provided various solutions. They were able to repair a refrigerant leak, recharge my refrigerant and helped with the main HVAC line. Everything was fixed quickly and the team did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!”

“Exceptional service. Definitely would recommend!”
