Duct Cleaning And Replacement
We clean the ducts, or replace the ones cleaning cannot fix. Leaky, torn or crushed ducts are a replacement job.
Ducts · UV Lights · Air Scrubbers
We clean or replace ducts, and add UV lights and air scrubbers. Each one is quoted in writing before any work.

We clean the ducts, or replace the ones cleaning cannot fix. Leaky, torn or crushed ducts are a replacement job.
A UV light mounts inside the system, near the indoor coil. It shines on the coil, where damp surfaces stay dark.
An air scrubber is an add-on that sits in the ductwork. We fit it to your system and quote it like any part.
We name what each part does, and we make no health promises.
"You should consider having the air ducts in your home cleaned if: There is substantial visible mold growth inside hard surface (e.g., sheet metal) ducts or on other components of your heating and cooling system. Ducts are infested with vermin, e.g. (rodents or insects). Ducts are clogged with excessive amounts of dust and debris and/or particles are actually released into the home from your supply registers." — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Should You Have the Air Ducts in Your Home Cleaned?
Source: epa.gov, checked Oct 12, 2026"Duct cleaning has never been shown to actually prevent health problems. Neither do studies conclusively demonstrate that particle (e.g., dust) levels in homes increase because of dirty air ducts. This is because much of the dirt in air ducts adheres to duct surfaces and does not necessarily enter the living space." — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Should You Have the Air Ducts in Your Home Cleaned?
Source: epa.gov, checked Oct 12, 2026"In a typical house, however, about 20 to 30 percent of the air that moves through the duct system is lost due to leaks, holes, and poorly connected ducts." — ENERGY STAR, Duct Sealing. That is air, lost through leaks; sealing and replacing ducts address it. Cleaning does not.
Source: energystar.gov, checked Oct 12, 2026"Typical systems with ducts in attics or crawl spaces lose from 25% to 40% of the heating or cooling energy that passes through them. … In summer, ducts gain heat from warm surrounding spaces, detracting from the air conditioner’s ability to cool the house." — U.S. Department of Energy, Building America: Better Duct Systems for Home Heating and Cooling.
Source: www1.eere.energy.gov, checked Oct 12, 2026"Make sure ducts are properly sealed and insulated in all non-air-conditioned spaces (e.g., attics and crawl spaces)." — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, from the same page's list of how to prevent duct contamination.

The EPA names three cases where cleaning is worth considering.
They are mold in sheet-metal ducts, vermin, and ducts clogged with dust.
The EPA says duct cleaning has never been shown to prevent health problems.
Replace ducts that leak, tear or crush, since cleaning fixes none of that.
It mounts inside the system and shines on the indoor coil.
We check your system first, then quote the scrubber in writing.
We work in San Antonio and the surrounding counties.
Maintenance Plan
$20 a month for the first system
Each additional system on the plan adds $10 a month.
We put your system's regular maintenance on our calendar. Small problems get caught while they're small.
It is a maintenance plan: scheduled maintenance for a stated term. It is not a warranty and not a service contract; it does not pay for repairs or replacements.
